ACB presents challan in the case of bribery officer Sahiram Meena

Kota : ACB has presented the challan today against the bribery officer of Narcotics Department, Sahiram Meena's case in Kota. Sahiram Meena was Deputy Commissioner of narcotics department in kota and ACB has caught him taking bribes of Rs. one lakh, after then he had been suspended in the charge of taking bribes. This is the biggest bribery case of this year in Rajasthan.

ACB presented challan against suspended Narcotics Deputy Commissioner Sahiram Meena and agent Kamlesh, along with them Chittorgarh district excise officer BS Subramanian, has also been made accused in the case. The three accused, including Sahiram Meena, were presented in court today by ACB.

Notably, ACB had arrested to Sahiram and agent Kamlesh taking a bribe of Rs. 1 lakh on 26th January, Sahiram took a bribe through the broker in exchange for making head of opium to a person of village. Sahiram Meena, who is the owner of more than 300 crore property is currently lodged in jail.
