Delhi students throng in numbers to Career Launcher’s Career Junction 2018
New Delhi : 1500 students from Delhi’s top schools thronged to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on Sunday as Career Launcher played host to the 4 th edition of its annual career fair for Class XII students - Career Junction. A platform for making informed career choices, Career Junction, helps parents build on their preliminary understanding of what they need to do, to equip their children in taking up their dream career.
An 8 hour plus extravaganza, students and parents were all ears as they were taken through sessions on how to prepare for exams like CLAT, BMS & IPM (IIM-Indore). Career Junction also provided aspirants of these exams the opportunity to learn strategies and pick up last-minute tips & tricks from eminent career gurus from Career Launcher. Special Sessions were also conducted on the evergreen and always challenging General Knowledge section.
Career Launcher also brought past CLAT' IPM exam achievers from National Law Universities and IIM Indore to share with the aspirants their success mantras, campus life experiences, and a lot more.
Unsurprisingly, these sessions were amongst the most engaging as students realized that it could be them up on that stage a year from now! Some of the other key sessions were ‘Mission CLAT’ by Gautam Puri (Vice Chairman & Managing Director Career Launcher) and ‘Mission BBA/IPM’ by Gautam Bawa (Product Head, Career Launcher). With the exams only weeks away, students posed plenty of questions to the two Career Launcher Gurus on how to make the most of the limited time available.
Speaking on the successful conclusion of this year's event, Puri said, "We're truly honored by the participation of parents, students and institutions at Career Junction 2018. Enabling students to realize their potential and achieve their dreams is our Core Purpose at Career Launcher, and we are thrilled to have contributed in some small way today to helping another batch of students move a step closer to achieving their dreams. We are humbled by the feedback we have received from parents today and look forward to our next engagement with Delhi's school students next week at Pragati Maidan."
Career Junction also gave participating students a platform to connect with premier institutions from across the country and abroad. Students and their parents alike interacted with college representatives, and were recipients of detailed information regarding various courses. On hand were also Career Launcher’s dedicated and highly qualified team members, who addressed innumerable queries on courses, institutions and Study Abroad options, etc.
