Three militants were killed in shootout in Pakistan

Islamabad : Three militants were killed in a shootout with security forces in Balochistan province's Mastung district of Pakistan, while three camps of the militants were also wiped out during search operation, media reported on Sunday.

According to security sources, the Frontier Corps (FC) and other security troops launched a large-scale search operation in Johan and Burg areas of Mastung district. During exchange of fire three militants were killed and their three camps were rooted out in Johan, as per reported.

The troops were assisted by eight helicopters. During the shootout, three militant camps were also destroyed.
